Hey Mom,

I hope this letter finds you well. I’ve heard recently; you’re not doing so well. You don’t seem so happy like you used to in the old days. I get it …You’re mad at us. We are living on you as if we have another one to go to. I would also be, and I'm sorry it takes me so much time but trust me, Mother, I am trying. There are many like me, and they all love you so very much, and they will do anything to help you.

Mom, it’s been some time since we’re told not to go out. We stayed in our brick walls, confined, away from the real comfort, you normally would provide. I didn’t see the morning birds and squirrels anymore. Even the crows go silent. You are silent. Too silent. I missed the morning breeze, the fragrant smells of morning glories and daisies. The sound of rivers, the rustling of leaves, the night sky full of stars.

Mother, I know you’re not well. I know you’re ill and weak. I know you’re hurt. I know some of them who hurt you, and it's not easy to let go. But now is not the time to be angry Mom, not the time to be disappointed. No time to be sad, no time to be sick. Why? Because they have come. The one who has always protected you. Now is your time to rejoice, because they have come. Those who sail through the seven seas, just to defend you from those who wronged you. Mom…they have come. The Rainbow Warriors are here!

Now rise, be strong and have faith. I am not done protecting you, Mother. We are not done just yet! Yes, many won’t know I send you this letter, but some will. Yes, some will. Trust me, they will do something about it, because not everyone can be a savior, Mother…but a savior, could come from anywhere! Heal soon, because all 7.8 billion of us is nothing without you.
