As a Director at Aurex Group, I am fortunate to work in a business that knows the meaning of giving back. The opportunities I have had through my work to either sponsor or participate in meaningful CSR initiatives has driven me to think about what more I could be doing personally.

1000km for Fred Hollows

With that in mind, I will be running and cycling from April to June to raise funds for the Fred Hollows Foundation. I will be tracking my progress through my Strava account and aim to reach 1000kms during this three month period.

The Fred Hollows mission is clear - to ensure everyone, whether rich or poor, has access to high quality, affordable eye care. Currently, 4 out of 5 people who are blind don't need to be. You can't deny that's a powerful statistic to get behind.
