We are diploma students from DAC1S3G4 Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARUC).

    We have chosen Mount Miriam Cancer Hospital as our beneficiary in this project. Mount Miriam is a Cancer Care Hospital and it is located at 23, Jalan Bulan, Tanjung Tokong, 11200, Tanjung Bungah, Penang. The reason why Mount Miriam Cancer Hospital was chosen by our team is because we discovered that the cancer patients are usually ignored by the public, so we think we have the responsibility to provide them some financial support through this fundraising event. This fundraising event will start from 14th February to 25th March.

       As of now, Mount Miriam are now more focusing on raising funds for cancer patients who could not afford their cancer treatment. As a not-for-profit hospital, they set up Tabung Kebajikan Penyakit Kanser Mount Miriam to help cancer patients who have difficulties in meeting the cost of healthcare treatments.

We wish to raise at least RM1,000 at the end of this fundraising event. We will contribute all of the collections to those cancer patients who are facing financial difficulties during their treatment.
