My Story

I've been with IFES for 5 years now. It is exciting and humbling to see the amount of work going on to take the gospel out to students in every campus around the world. Even so, there are many countries, territories, subregions, and campuses where no student witness yet exists, where Christian students feel isolated, and non-Christians students have never heard of Jesus. We want to change this, and to do this, we need resources. Students and staff all over the world are working towards this and events like IFES' Global Giving Day is our invitation to all of you to partner with us in getting the gospel of Jesus out to students. 

Annette Arulrajah, IFES Associate General Secretary says '"Koinonia" - or fellowship as it means - expresses itself in participative sharing and a deep communion with one another's experiences, needs of various kinds, and a solidarity of spirit with another. It is a reflection of who God is and His heartbeat, to tend to and be present to us. How can we forge this kind of "koinonia" amongst us in IFES? How will we speak without words, in expressing that we are standing together with other movements, or with the global fellowship at large?"
