This year’s Liquidnet APAC Holiday Drive is supporting The Sunshine School which was established in 1991 to provide primary education to street children and children from underprivileged families in Ho Chi Minh City and re-integrate them into full-time education.
Some of the children attending the Sunshine School were recipients of our 2015 bike drive and we are so excited to continue supporting them through their education. 146 students between the ages of five to sixteen years old are not only taught the Vietnamese national curriculum but can also participate in extracurricular activities including, sports, arts, music, dance and drama as well as receive free Medical Care.
This year we are asking Liquidnet employees, friends, and family to help make a difference this holiday season by supporting 146 children through school.
Here is how it works:
Each contribution of HK$390 (US$50) goes towards supporting 1 child’s education for a year.
This donation will cover school books, stationery, teaching materials, a school library as well as a school uniform and shoes.
Liquidnet will automatically Double Down on the contributions, matching all donations up to US$2,500.
