This letter is to request Assistance for Purchasing the Medications I need to treat Ischemic Heart Disease . The medicine was prescribed by my specialist Narayan Hurdylaya Bangalore..I request to your organization that  the medications I need to take for the rest of my life are too expensive for me to afford on my  little income.  I understand that you give assistance to people who are eligible either by helping them pay for their medications or with free or very low-cost medicines. I have completed the application form on your website and enclose a copy of Medical Condition & Prescribed Medicines stating that the medicine is required for me to continue my everyday activities. This causes the coronary arteries to narrow, limiting blood flow to the heart. Coronary artery disease can range from no symptoms to chest pain, to a heart attack. The treatments include lifestyle changes, medications, angioplasty, and surgery. Currently, he is under the supervision of doctors at Narayana Multispecialty Hospital, Bangalore. The doctors had advised him to undergo coronary angioplasty to clear the blockages and make the heart-healthy. I underwent my Angiography and Angioplasty this year I underwent Angiography  in Narayana Multispecialty Hospital Bangalore on 01.10.2021, to my bad luck the report (EFFORT INTOLERANCE CAD) Triple Vessel Diesease. I was kept under observation for several days, Surgeon’s  Narayan Hurdylaya Bangalore Have advised for prescribed Medicines to survive till the functions are normal they have prescribed me expensive Medicines( I Am not able to afford expensive Medicines) to control my IHD. For the period of 1 year.  I am writing this in extreme need of financial help. I have tried all possible ways to arrange the money required for Medicines but the amount is beyond my reach. I was working as an interior designer and out of work since the COVID-19 pandemic broke out last year march. Currently, he does not have any income his two sons started working part-time in BPOs to support the family. Their earning is just to enough to buy groceries and pay house rent. The family is very poor and seeking support from the community in their difficult time. Also, I have enclosed a copy of my medical record regarding my disease including a copy of the prescription. .
