Hi, we are students from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARUC), studying Diploma in Multimedia Design. We are taking the civic consciousness and volunteerism course. We are holding a fundraising event for people with disabilities from the Selangor Cheshire Home for the disabled. The theme of this project is "Equal Hand." Our motto is that every person is equal, no one has the right to judge others by their age, gender, looks, illness or disabilities. Everyone deserves respect and love from others. Nowadays, people with disabilities are ignored by other people, there are even some people who look at them with strange eyes. Although they are disabled, their lives are extraordinary. They do not feel inferior and face life with a smile, and they are braver and stronger than ordinary people. We should treat them as much as we care about normal people. We should give them more love, assistance, and respect. They have tenacious vitality. They did not give up on themselves, why should we give up on them? Therefore, we hope we can raise community awareness and help those in need.If you are capable, please consider a donation. As the saying goes, many a little makes a mickle.
