A team and I are participating in a local CrossFit competition October 30th to support our 4-legged friends in Hong Kong. While the workouts are all for fun, we are raising funds for 2 great charities, Catherine’s Puppies and Sai Kung Stray Friends Foundation! All money raised will go towards helping with their rents, medical costs for their rescues and a variety of other expenses!Thanks in advance for you support!
