We are back with the MOST EXCITING CrossFit event of the year.......that’s right, the “2022 Hong Kong CrossFit Charity Team Competition”, in support of Catherine’s Puppies and Sai Kung Stray Friends Foundation!

For the third year running, we are fundraising for these TWO amazing partners that are dedicated to our four legged friends. We want to support them as much as we can! Fundraising will take place from 26 Sept to 3 Dec 2022.

Update 7 March 2022

The Crossfit Community HK will be organising a global Burpees event to fundraise for the people of Ukraine. Donations raised will be in support of Doctors Without Borders / Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF).

2019 - 2021

We are back with the BIGGEST most exciting CrossFit event of the year.......that’s right, the “2020 Hong Kong CrossFit Charity Team Competition”, in support of Catherine’s Puppies and Sai Kung Stray Friends Foundation!

Each year we pick a charity to partner with who are in need of support and this year we have decided to go with 2 partners that are dedicated to our four legged friends, so we wanted to lend a helping hand! Money raised will go towards helping with their rents, medical costs for their rescues and a variety of other expenses!

The amount of continued bills and expenses are a huge burden to charities like these and so hopefully we will be able to support them and ease some of this pressure! Funds raised will be equally divided between the two charities.
