Hey there! We're Aesthetic Lifestyle, me (Connor) and my amazing clients, are gearing up for an epic challenge – a long-distance Tough Mudder! But this isn't just about conquering obstacles; it's about making a big difference for kids in the Philippines suffering in poverty. Every muddy step we take, every painful obstacle we overcome, it's all for a fantastic cause – to bring smiles to the faces of children in need. We're on a mission to raise funds for education, healthcare, and brighter futures for kids in the Philippines. We’d absolutely love it if you could help us a long the way!

My Story

The Aesthetic Lifestyle team are undertaking the challenge of completing a tough mudder of over 10 miles with more than 20 extreme obstacles! Each and every client is making an enormous effort to completely transform their own health and fitness. This wont be easy for anyone. A lot of the legends doing this challenge were absolutely terrified about going into the gym for the first time just a few months ago, some of them have lost 10,20,30kg in body fat, some are still at the start of their journey and are now looking at taking on this epic challenge. It certainly wont be easy, it's taking them out of their comfort zones massively but all for this fantastic cause. We'd absolutely love it if you could support us along the way by helping us provide for the kids in need in the Philippines!
