My Story
My friends and I are doing a workout challenge in an attempt to raise funds for Teach for Malaysia. The more you donate, the more pain I will have to endure, but the more fats I will lose!
If I raise:
RM200 - 10 mountain climbers, 10 bicycle crunches, 10 squats
RM300 - 20 mountain climbers, 10 bicycle crunches, 20 squats
RM500 - 20 mountain climbers, 20 bicycle crunches, 20 squats, 30 seconds plank
RM750 - 20 mountain climbers, 20 bicycle crunches, 30 squats, 1 min plank, 5 sun salutations
RM1000 - 20 mountain climbers, 20 bicycle crunches, 30 squats, 1.5 min plank, 10 sun salutations
Or be kind, and let me have a breather:
RM25 - 2 sips of cold cold 100 plus
RM50 - minus 5 of any exercise (donor's choice)
RM100 - minus 10 of any exercise (donor's choice)
