Raising money for men's health and mental wellbeing.

My Story

Despite the fact that men have a lower rate of depression, their suicide rates surpass those of women. Studies have proven men experience situational depression more frequently, and if left untreated, it can lead to deeper depression, anxiety, and suicide.
We have been taught to be unconditionally tough both physically and emotionally in the established way - any display of emotions has been considered as a sign of incompetence or not being 'man' enough. Throughout history, barriers have been built against men to seek help.
I would like to help break down these walls for everyone, especially men in Hong Kong, by initiating a fundraising campaign for Mind HK. Hoping that supporting local charity can spread awareness about mental well-being in Hong Kong and encourage men to prioritize self-care.
