My Story

The April 2015 Nepal earthquake killed more than 8,000 people, injured more than 19,000 and more than 300 people missing.  It was the worst natural disaster to strike Nepal since the 1934 Nepal–Bihar earthquake. Hundreds of thousands of people were made homeless with entire villages flattened across many districts of the country. Continued aftershocks occurred throughout Nepal within 15–20 minute intervals and the country also had a continued risk of landslides.  

A second major earthquake occurred on 12 May 2015 at 12:35 NST killing more than 65 people and over 1,200 were injured by this aftershock.  

We have organized a Badminton tournament on 25th May within Functions Technology to raise funds for Nepal Earthquake - School Rebuilding Fund.
