We are students from MAHSA University in Bandar Saujana Putra, taking the MPU3443 Community Service course.

Due to the uncontrollable pandemic of Covid-19, many people have had strict protocols imposed upon them such as social distancing and prevention of large gatherings. This has led places like Zoo Negara to have diminishing returns as there are a reduced number of visitors. This in turn causes the funding for the animal’s food as well as habitat maintenance, healthcare and other such amenities to drop significantly. We are organizing a virtual fundraising event in order to aid Zoo Negara Malaysia to raise funds to help sustain the animals in Zoo Negara during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our target is to reach RM500 and all funds raised throughout this period will be donated to Zoo Negara Malaysia.
