My Story

Thank you for visiting my Simplygiving Page. I am raising money for Mind HK by trekking 100 kms in 5 days, in one of the most remote areas in the world

Together with 99 other HSBC colleagues, I am heading off to Ecuador for the HSBC Andean Challenge, in late February 2020. This spectacular 100km high altitude trek is not for the fainthearted as it is physically demanding and culminates at 4,200m (13,780ft) above sea level, on one of the highest active volcanoes in the world

Given the theme of this trek is to raise funds for mental health, colleagues in Hong Kong have come together to partner with Mind HK, one of Hong Kong's leading mental health charities.

1 in 4 people in Hong Kong will face a mental health problem in their lifetime. With your collective help, Mind HK works to ensure that no one in Hong Kong has to face a mental health problem alone. And that everyone in Hong Kong living with a mental health problem has the recognition, support and respect they need to make the best recovery possible.
