Exam season has resulted in many late night maggis. Help me become fitter while helping me fight education inequity!

My Story

Teach for Malaysia (TFM) is a non-profit organisation which envisions that one day, all children in Malaysia will have the opportunity to attain an excellent education. TFM believes that every kid, regardless of background deserves a fighting chance. 

My friends and I will be doing a workout challenge in an attempt to raise funds for Teach for Malaysia. The more you donate, the more pain I have to endure but the healthier I'll be!

If I raise:
RM 100 - 10 pushups
RM 200 - 20 pushups, 10 bicycle crunches, 10 squats
RM 300 - 30 pushups, 20 bicycle crunches, 20 squats
RM 500 - 30 pushups, 20 bicycle crunches, 20 squats, 30 seconds plank 
RM 750 - 30 pushups, 30 bicycle crunches, 30 squats, 1 min plank, 3k run
RM 1000 - 40 pushups, 40 bicycle crunches, 40 squats, 1.5 min plank, 5k run

Or be kind, and let me stay unhealthy:
RM 25 - minus 5 of one exercise
RM 50 - one scoop of ice cream
RM 100 - 1Km off the run
