My Story
Mental Health whilst more at the forefront of ones mind, continues to important. The last 2 years especially has not helped. When we exercise we have an opportunity not just to get fitter but to allow endorphins to trigger a positive feeling in the body. Just walking / getting fresh air can help clear the mind. In Feb I would like to raise money for Mind HK and maybe join me in walking 280,000 steps during the month of Feb.
