Sisterhood Alliance

Sisterhood Alliance began as a movement to help girls by providing them with basic education and giving them greater personal power of independence which will enable them to make wise decision making. In March 2015, Sisterhood Alliance became a new organization focused on driving measurable change in girls’ lives, with continued support from multiple partner and creative collaborations.

Big Girls Talk (BGT) – Program for girls aged 13-18 with various topics to empower them with self-belief and self-esteem, making the right choices. The program helps the girls to develop self-esteem and confidence to make good decisions in their teen years and open up their eyes on new challenges in their further future, hence to give back to their families and communities.

BGT Objectives

2. Open up their mind on sexual education, safe touch, abstinence and healthy lifestyles.
3. Give them the support on how to deal with teens’ life and the importance to think on their future.
4. Emphasize the teenagers to get help if they face a problem and teach them how to get help.

BGT activity is developed and conducted by skillful trainers and facilitators in the field, the medium of the activities are plays/games which will be interactive, activities in groups, sharing via art expressions, relax and at ease discussion, suitable for teens to be comfortable to express themselves.
