Elsa needs to be transferred to a Vet Clinic with better facilities that can treat her burned skin.  We need to settle two things:
1. Pink Farm Vet Clinic in Taguig - as of March 13 bill is Php 13,600. By March 14, it will incur an additional Php 1,300. TOTAL of PPH 14,900.00
2. We will move Elsa to MACE Clinic in Mandaluyong - An Estimate of Php 50,000 is needed to start.
