Volunteers for Eslah

150 of Rohingyan refugees aged 4 to 14+ years old are struggling daily in a foreign country which is very alien to them, from having language barriers to receiving education that every single children in the world deserves. All hundreds of them are squeezed in a small house, the so-called an informal school located at Ampang, every day, just to get to the opportunity to learn. However, they learn in an extremely unbearable condition; at an outdoor classroom with only a tent as a shelter. Even the kitchen space is used as one of the classrooms, which is stuffy and not conducive.

The school is also struggling financially. Every day, they are thriving to make ends meet. They receive no help from any government organization nor the NGOs. Therefore, they rely solely on people's donation to sustain the school. On top of that, they lack of teaching manpower. Two of the teachers left due to lack of funding to pay their salary of RM 800 per month. Due to this, they are really in need and dependent on teaching manpower to teach the children in Darul Eslah.
