My Story

Mental health awareness is severely overlooked and under-addressed in Malaysia, despite it being just as essential as physical health. Our minds, just like our bodies, can get sick. And when it does, we should have access to resources to treat it. But sadly, that isn't the case. Mental health, more often than not, is still largely a hush-hush topic in our country, and I'd like to change that.
