My Story
Greetings! I am Syahmi Sukeri, a second-year student reading Economics and Politics at the University of Essex.
The reason I decided to sign up for this challenge is that I thought that this would be a good way to raise money for a good cause, whilst at the same time, challenging myself at the things I struggle to do, COOKING! This might not seem challenging to some of you but as a Malay boy living away from home, this is a serious struggle for me.
I will be doing this challenge for 2 months, and for every week, I will try to cook something different. I will also feature my wonderful Malaysian friends at the University of Essex to join me cooking. (yayyy!)
The proceed of this fundraiser will be contributed to helping in closing the education inequality gap in Malaysia through The Kalsom Movement, a student-led charity organisation. For more details about what they do, check them out on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheKalsomMovement/
