My Story
Animals’ lives matter! Reports by the World Health Organisation (WHO) states that there are roughly 200 million stray dogs and a higher figure of stray cats found worldwide. Strays have been posed as a risk due to these animals carrying potential zoonotic diseases like rabies and toxoplasmosis if there is no proper care. Plus, it is known that the chances of traffic accidents are higher with more stray animals’ presence near roadways. Thus, animal shelters were made to help curb this problem. However, due to the lack of funds and resources, not all strays can be taken cared of by these shelters around the world.
As a team of animal lovers, our project's aim is to help create more awareness on the ongoing issues. This campaign will be conducted on our social medias – Instagram and TikTok. Please support us by donating or simply giving us a shoutout. Your contribution already is a big help to all animals around us. We promise that 100% of funds earned will be sent to PAWS Animal Welfare Society.
