We are a bunch of college students from Year 1 Diploma in Business Administration (DBU1S3) Group 1. The organization that we have selected for the fundraising is SPCA. The SPCA Penang, formerly known as RSPCA, established in 1948. It is a community-based, non-profit organization whose principal functions are to protect and care for animals. The reason for us to choose SPCA Penang is simple; Due to covid-19 pandemic, a lot of animals have been abandoned by their owner because of unstable financial status, same goes to why people are not adopting animals from the animal shelter. , Consequently, without our help, the animals in the shelter couldn't survive long enough to wait for their new forever home. So here we are to shout for SPCA Penang, to prevent cruelty ,promote kindness and alleviate suffering. Aside from that, the SPCA educates the community by actively advocating an ethical attitude toward animal husbandry. Apart from that, they promote responsible pet ownership.

  To help the animals, we may lend a helping hand to the SPCA by donating any amount, large or small to help a dog or a cat to get clean food, fresh water & safe shelter. It also helps to cover operation costs at the shelter. After the discussion between all the committee members, our goal is to raise a minimum amount of RM800 to help the animals in the shelter to live a better life until they have found a forever happy and safe place that they could call home.
