My Story
Helping Children emerged out of mission work in the Philippines to help rebuild a church that was damaged by flooding due to a tsunami. Of course, seeing so many children and families struggling just to make it through the day impressed upon our hearts to act. Words are meaningless without action. Overtaken by the need to take action, Helping Children was established in 2008; we are an organization driven by God-spirited people working hand in hand over thousands of miles across the globe, with one simple purpose. We are a dedicated foundation; taking bold actions to get help for children in need. We know that each child - just as we do - needs love displayed in action, not just words.
