My Story

Hi! I am Edzen Marie Trambulo, an authorized fundraiser of UNICEF Philippines.  I am one of the many campaigners that assist in the delivery of quality public health services for the masses. As part of UNICEF, my duties involve the advancement of its program advocacy.

With the Enhanced Community Quarantine implemented by our government, I am unable to do what I love most - which is to engage with people and to lend my hand to help people in need.

As the number of COVID-19 cases has soared, so have the needs of our health workers to keep more children and families safe and healthy. You can still help.

UNICEF is working with the Department of Health and the World Health Organization to provide critical medical and sanitation supplies for hospitals and health facilities. Your donation will help provide critical supplies for health workers. You can also help UNICEF reach out to communities with accurate information on the government's response to COVID-19. This includes educating children and families on proper handwashing, providing parents with home-based educational activities for children and psychosocial support through counselling.

Globally, since the start of the COVID-19 outbreak, UNICEF has shipped the following to affected countries:
🧤 4.27 million gloves
😷 573,300 surgical masks
🏥 98,931  N95 respirators
🥼 156, 557 gowns
👩🏻‍⚕️ 12,750 goggles

Your donation can contribute to providing UNICEF tents for triage at hospitals.
