My Story

I am doing a triathlon fundraiser to support InspiringHK Sports Foundation, a Hong Kong based charity that I have been helping for 3 years as the Communications Manager. 

The charity helps disadvantaged youth by providing them with 2-year and free-of-charge sports programmes. Its mission is to instil sportsmanship qualities such as perseverance and teamwork amongst them, so that they are better equipped to take on challenges and improve social mobility. 

Started in 2012 it has so far:
  • Benefited more than 500 disadvantaged students in sports that are out of their reach such as golf and fencing
  • Created life changing stories that saw youth reaching out to their dreams, such as competing internationally and entering university
  • Helped starting a tennis class for 40 students in the Bungoma region in Kenya, which is 10 hours drive from Nairobi
The HKD 10,000 (roughly 1,000 GBP) will help continue the positive impact that InspiringHK has made on disadvantaged youth. I hope that you can support this cause!
