TRAINING ON FOOD SAFETY FOR WOMEN & GIRLS

Safe food begins with food safety training. Our women/girls must know the practice of food safety handling. Sinar would like to send the women to food safety course. Allow women to learn about food safety standard to be able to implement food safety practice at work. They will learn the basic practices that result in safe food handling. They will be shown how to maintain effective personal hygiene when working with food. How to prevent cross contamination in a food business; and measure, record, and store food and act on the temperature of high-risk food, that are in the danger zone.

The USD 1000 raised from this campaign will be used for the training of 4 women to gain national food safety certificate.
