Be inspired to exercise and do good! Join us, as we go the distance to be the beacon of life and hope for kidney patients and advocate kidney health to your loved ones!

To encourage more people to care for their kidneys and support kidney failure patients, NKF is organising a 2nd edition of our virtual sports event, Race Inspired!, which comprises of both a running and cycling segment. This 21-day virtual event will be held from 18 March to 7 April 2022. Through Race Inspired!, we aim to inspire participants to lead and advocate a healthier lifestyle while supporting us to achieve our fundraising target of $200,000, which will go towards providing quality treatment and care for our patients.

So rally your friends and family members to run or cycle together for a good cause! To make it even more meaningful, you can start your own fundraising campaign to garner support and donations to help kidney failure patients!

How Your Donation Makes a Difference

• $10: Provides 2 kidney patients with a set of needles and bloodlines each for their dialysis sessions 
• $25: Provides a patient with about 1 week's supply of Artificial Kidneys (dialysers) to filter waste products and excess water during dialysis
• $30: Provides a patient with a monthly top-up of their EZ-link card for their travel expenses to and from the dialysis centre.
• $100: Provides a patient with about 1 month's supply of Artificial Kidneys (dialysers) to filter waste products and excess water during dialysis
