This urgent appeal seeks to raise RM175,000 to provide temporary homes for displaced families in Gaza.
Each USD 200 donated to our cause will support a family of 5-7 in the form of monthly apartment rental. Our intent is to cover the cost for apartment rentals for up to 6 months for identified families.
Thousands of Palestinians have been displaced with the recent shelling of Gaza, coming back to flattened homes and having nowhere to go. With this little gesture shown by you, our donors, relief and protection can be given to these distraught families, with Allah's will.
This urgent appeal and fundraiser is in collaboration with Persatuan Cinta Gaza Malaysia, an established non-profit organization that supports social and economic growth in Palestine. Cinta Gaza Malaysia (CGM) was founded in 2015 by Muhammad Nadir Al-Nuri Kamaruzzaman, a Malaysian living in Gaza.
We understand the grave uncertainty which the people of Gaza endure day in and day out. It will be a long recovery, fronted by the will and spirit of the Palestinians themselves .. and the whole world regardless of ethnicity or religion, who are with them. Brick-to-brick, heart-to-heart, let's join hands in realizing their dream of peace, certainty, and hope.
