My Story
My friends and I will be doing a workout challenge in an attempt to raise funds for Teach for Malaysia. The more you donate, the more pain I will have to endure.
If I raise:
RM 100 - 10 sit-ups
RM 200 - 20 sit-ups, 10 squats
RM 300 - 30 sit-ups, 20 squats, 10 push-ups
RM 500 - 30 sit-ups, 20 squats, 10 push-ups, 30 seconds plank
RM 750 - 30 sit-ups, 30 squats, 20 push-ups, 30 seconds plank, 2k run
RM 1000 - 40 sit-ups, 40 squats, 30 push-ups, 1 min plank, 3k run
Or be kind, and let me stay unhealthy:
RM25 - minus 5 of one exercise
RM50 - cold cold 100 plus
RM100 - minus 1km off run
