I have worked at Phare Ponleu Selpak for almost 3 years since 2020. I have seen young students' lives transform through the arts and education. Since COVID-19, Phare has taken a hit due to the lack of tourism. Phare spends so much money on giving opportunities for students to learn here that there is not sufficient money to spend on other projects. I will be running the 30km to fundraise for more students to learn education and to train in the arts!
