My Story
I have been with MAKNA for 5 years, 2 years been following Klimb Gunung Kinabalu and this year I will be joining Klimb Gunung Tahan. I am doing this for all cancer patient in Malaysia, and most important, for MAKNA Cancer Support Group.
Ultimately, the climb is no comparison to the years-long battle with cancer faced by cancer patients. Nevertheless, the thriving mountain symbolically represents the pain and challenges undergone by patients; and to reach its summit depicts how they bravely overcome the ordeal. For that reasons, I am climbing and spread awareness about cancer for all to understand the battle faced by cancer patient.
The cost of treating cancer are very high and not every person able to pay for the treatment cost and medicine they have to take. This is why, fundraising and awareness has to reach every heart and every person.
I humbly seek for your support to financially help these cancer patients to face coming days with hope.
