My Story
Most of the time, women are often disregarded and misrepresented. But in reality, women play a crucial role in one’s household, community and society. From managing resources to securing food in the table, women's roles are interconnected and deeply rooted in her environment. Environmental changes greatly affects the women and her roles. Where the women experience problems, so too are the children she is responsible for. Youth are said to be the future of generations to come, but this might become as “just a phrase” without the proper guidance of their elders, especially the women. Empowering the women and their recognition as environmental managers along with the youth have been my advocacy for the past years. A woman's shared aspiration I see a future world that is sustainable, clean and productive for the next generations to come. Help me in making this vision become a reality!
