BIRTHDAY FIGHT against COVID-19 is fundraising for UNICEF Philippines

Making my birthday month special with UNICEF as we fight COVID-19 together!

My Story

Hi, I am Ingrid Salud, a UNICEF donor since 2013. I wish to pay it forward and continue the cycle of love and giving during this unprecedented times with this fundraiser for UNICEF. All donations received here will go straight to UNICEF's account via Simplygiving's portal.

UNICEF Response to COVID-19 Around the world
UNICEF is working with governments, the World Health Organization, and UN agencies, to stop the transmission of COVID-19 and to keep children and their families safe.

In the Philippines, they are supporting the Department of Health with critical hygiene and medical supplies for hospitals and health facilities; risk communication and community engagement activities, including community-based communication, mass media and social media; and ensuring continued access to education for children not in school, including psychosocial support.

As the number of COVID-19 cases has soared, so have the needs of our health workers to keep more children and families safe and healthy. Your donation can help provide:

Personal Protective Equipment
Your donation can help provide personal protective equipment such as gloves, masks, goggles and overalls to a health worker in a hospital.

Disinfection Supplies
Your donation can help provide hygiene and disinfection supplies such as soaps, water dispensers, and cleaning supplies in hospitals.

UNICEF Tents
Your donation can contribute to providing UNICEF tents for triage at hospitals.
