My Story

Would you agree that REALIZATION is one of the things that have the most impact in our lives? 

Recently, we saw that the sky that we always see can be clearer, that there are better things that we can experience if we live diligently, that we can actually live longer than we expect, and that we can breathe fresher air. 

Change is one tap away. In a world that thrives in technology, social media can be utilized as a platform to promote causes like sustainable living and care for our environment. Whether you are within the comforts of home or outside with nature, you can rebuild a #BetterNormal with the use of technological advancements. 

Be involved no matter where you may be. Let us use our connections to access a future that brings back the beauty of our only home. You can be an EARTH WARRIOR by supporting our campaign. Lend us your time to read this and I hope that you will give a positive response. 

You can take part in our transition to a better normal–one where no Filipino will be vulnerable to pandemics, disasters, and climate impacts. By maintaining green and sustainable lifestyles and promoting such solutions in our cities and municipalities, you can contribute to this transition in your own unique way!

We need government and collective action that’s inspired by community-based solutions we see now. We need a transformative recovery plan that puts us–the people and the environment–at the center. The pandemic has shown us what needs to be changed and how we should change. More than ever, Greenpeace Philippines will continue to work in the midst of the pandemic to call on partners and stakeholders to reimagine, co-create and work on alternative solutions towards a better normal post-COVID-19. 

We each have a role in this. Any lasting change we want to see in our cities and municipalities should start with ourselves. Only together can we shape a #BetterNormal for a healthier environment.
