Burpee’d Out is fundraising for Missione Possibile Hong Kong

Audrey Jack is raising money to ensure that our MPHK schools in Cambodia are properly resourced for our 538 students, that the classrooms are well maintained, and that we have happy teachers being paid fairly. It takes your help to make it happen!

My Story

I endeavour to complete the Hong Kong Spartan Race, being held on Saturday 4 November, without dying or coughing up a lungs on completion.

I shall undertake the challenge of completing 23 military style obstacle course of 3 to 5 miles in length. Challenges include a BARBED WIRE CRAWL, WALL CLIMB, HERCULES HOIST and MONKEY SWINGS.

For each obstacle I do not achieve we are required to do 30 Burpees. That in itself should be with a few dollars.
