My Story
Hey everyone!
Thanks for visiting this page - you guys are amazing just for doing that.
I'll be running the Bath Half-Marathon in the UK on 12th March 2017 to fundraise for MAKNA - Malaysia's National Cancer Council that has been assisting people with cancer for many years in various forms and ways.
My aunt and cousin had passed on from breast cancer, and my mum is a breast and colon cancer survivor, so this cause is very close to home. I've worked with cancer patients as well in my career as a junior doctor and I've seen (and experienced first hand) how difficult it is to watch someone near and dear to you go through the pain and complications of cancer.
Which is why this charity is imperative - you're making so much difference by clicking that donate button! By donating we can ensure the continuity of MAKNA's amazing efforts and also put a smile on my mum's face :)
So this fundraiser is in honour of my mum, my aunt, my cousin, and in honour of all your loved ones, your patients, or whoever who has fought cancer and has touched your hearts.
