My Story
ACRES (Animal Concerns Research and Education Society) has been at the forefront of advocating for an end to animal cruelty. They provide the only wildlife rescue service in Singapore, which have seen more than 4,500 rescues to date.
Their education team, who hold roadshows and talks for corporates and schools, reach out to over 100,000 individuals every year.
The Animal Crime Investigation Unit has attended to more than 150 cases since its launch last year, and have successfully clamped down on the illegal tiger parts trade and on pet shops that breech animal cruelty laws, just to name a few.
ACRES has now reached our 15th year of advocating for an end to animal cruelty in Asia, hence, in their birthday month of May, let us do what we can for the animals!
