My Story

My dearest Friends and Family Human Trafficking is the second largest criminal industry in the world and the fastest growing. It is a modern form of slavery. Nearly 2 million women and children are sold into sexual slavery each year. This fact, and my own personal experience of the trauma of ongoing sexual abuse has moved me to join an organized cycle of 550km through Vietnam & Cambodia in February. I've already paid HK$4000 for my accommodation and food and also paid for my flights - its not a holiday but a call of the Heart to make a difference and raise awareness. If you could generously donate whatever your heart calls you to give, we could contribute to changing this devastating atrocity of the human spirit. The girls, some as young as three years old are sold for as little as US$10, raped, beaten, tortured, sometimes kept in cages with no notion of night or day. They need your help for food, clothes, shelter, support and education. All donations will go towards the Somaly Mam Foundation (www.somaly.org). We can give these girls our support - together we can make a difference.
