以上是每个月的生活费，希望大众能多多支持。我只希望能在1年内能讓患者的治療得以完成。

本人曾華祥，今年44岁，是一名修車技術人員。就在今年8月得知自己患上了惡性肺癌。目前本人己经無法做工，因为需要每個月從霹靂州前往吉隆坡政府醫院進行治療。目前自己的经济狀況只能繼續維持多一個月，因為本人需要把剩餘的儲蓄用作繳屋子租金。但是所幸的是政府醫院無需繳付昂貴的医疗费用。但是由於無法工作導致了目前面臨了重大的財政問題（就連前往吉隆坡的費用也無法負擔）。现在的我每个月必須前往吉隆坡2次进行化疗。医生告诉我總數我需要進行6個療程，第一個療程才剛上個星期完成。醫生也告訴我就算完成治療後都必須幾個月的修養。
在这我希望通过LOCKS OF HOPE慈善机构帮我呼吁大家捐助一些生活费。

Fund raise amount: Living expenses and transportation expenses of medical treatment for 1 year - RM 12,000
Monthly living expenses as follows ： RM 500 (monthly living expenses)

Above is the monthly living expenses, we hope that everyone will support them. We only hope that the family don’t have to worry about living expenses within a year.

Chan Wan Siong, 44 years old, is a car mechanic (foreman). I was diagnosed with lung cancer in August 2016. I am unable to work now due to the disease, I need to travel from home (Perak) to hospital in KL to receive chemotherapy treatment. Currently, my financial condition is only able for me to last for a month. My savings are being used to support my house rental. I am lucky because I do not have to pay for my medical fee as it is all covered under government hospital. But, because I am unable to work, I am facing financial constraint. I could not even bare the expenses to travel from Perak to KL for chemotherapy. Now, I need to travel to KL twice a month for treatment and also scan. I have just completed the first cycle of chemotherapy last week. Doctor told me that I would need to undergo a total of 6 cycles of chemotherapy. Doctor also informed that I need to rest for a few months after completion of chemotherapy.
Hereby, I hope that through Locks of Hope I can raise funds for my living expenses as well as transportation fees.
