Personal Challenge

We’re climbing Kinabalu to contribute to refugee’s self-reliance. Please support us by donating.

My Story

Gabriele from Italy, Hiroshi from Japan, and Reid from Canada come from different countries… but we are united in helping refugees live with dignity and with freedom from fear and want.

We are climbing Borneo’s highest peak, Mount Kinabalu, on November 11 and 12 in solidarity with refugees around the world who are challenged every day to conquer barriers far greater and higher than any mountain.

Many refugees struggle to provide the basic necessities for living and refugees in Malaysia (where the team is based) are no different. We are raising money to help fulfil the basic need of nourishment so that refugees can concentrate on building their skills and opportunities and break away from a cycle of poverty to become self-reliant.
