The damage and destruction toll from more than six weeks of torrential monsoon rains and flash flooding across Pakistan is mounting, with 1,032 people have lost their lives, 1,527 are severely injured, nearly 719,836 livestock have perished while countless displaced families, women and children are living under the open sky.

From day one, Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan disaster response teams are on the ground in all across flood affected areas in Pakistan, and have been rescuing people’s lives and livelihood, providing relief assistance including cooked food, dry ration packs, tarpaulin sheets, medical aid and other non-food essential items.
