The first 1,000 days - from pregnancy to two years - is extremely crucial as both mother and baby require specific nutrients for a healthy physical and mental development. With the current flood situation, it had undoubtedly exposed this group of mothers and babies to malnutrition. If they don’t get the right nutrition during this critical window, the consequences are serious and irreversible.In collaboration with SESO Malaysia, we aim to support mothers through shouldering their burdens by providing nourishing food essentials, baby and personal care products.We are prioritising 3 main group of mothers and their families :Pregnant mothersNew / breastfeeding mothersSingle / general mothersThe fund raised will be utilised to provide the following products : Cooking OilBrown riceSaltSugarMilo NutsMilkCanned beansCanned tunaEggsReusable diapersSanitary padsHead to toe washBaby bottlesAbove list is not exhaustive and may change based on mother's condition.No amount is too little, every cent counts! The coronavirus (Covid 19) pandemic is the defining global health crisis of recent years and is one of the greatest challenges in our time. It has affected different people in different ways and till this day, the pandemic is still raging throughout the world, including our country. As we all know, the pandemic had caused a major impact on our nation’s economy, and seriously affected our daily life. For example, it has indirectly caused a spike in our country's unemployment rate due to companies cutting costs to overcome the financial difficulties during the outbreak and lockdown. Many peoples are left with no ability to maintain a normal life, especially those who are living in poverty. Although the Malaysian government has been actively engaged in activities to stop the pandemic or to provide assistance to those who are affected by the pandemic, it is also our responsibility to help the government in fighting the pandemic anyway we could.Hence, Tunku Abdul Rahman University College students from Diploma in Computer Science for the tutorial group 2DCS1 decided to organize a fundraising for those who are severely affected by the pandemic and are in need as a part of our civic consciousness and volunteerism project. The main priority of our fundraising project is to raise funds to help these peoples. We wish to play a part in helping our beloved nation and society in overcoming these difficult times. The fundraising project will be organised during the fifth to tenth week (15 Feb 2021 to 26 Mar 2021) of our second year third semester and we have set the minimum target of our fundraising project to be RM500.All the donation will be distributed in full to our beneficiary - SESO (Save Environment Save Ourself)

Dukacita dimaklumkan bahawa sehingga kini, terdapat banyak keluarga kehilangan punca pendapatan akibat penularan COVID-19. Oleh itu, kami dari Pusat Tuisyen Belwin dengan kerjasama SESO Malaysia telah melancarkan Tabung Kasih Covid-19 Belwin untuk mengutip dana bagi membantu keluarga yang terjejas akibat penularan wabak Covid-19 ini. Sumbangan ini akan diagihkan kepada keluarga yang terjejas punca pendapatan dan juga golongan yang memerlukan di Kuantan. Berikut merupakan antara bahan keperluan yang kami perlukan untuk 19 keluarga pada setakat ini. 1) Beras - 5 / 10 kg (x19)2) Susu pekat - 2 tin (x19)3) Kicap manis - 1 botol (x19)4) Tepung Gandum - 2 bungkus (x19)5) Maggie - 2 bungkus (x19)6) Tea Boh Uncang 40 - 1 bungkus (x19)7) Biskut Hupseng - 1 bungkus (x19)8) Minyak Masak - 1 bungkus (x19)9) Gula - 1 bungkus (x19)10) Sardin - 1 /2 Tin (x19)Untuk pengetahuan anda, SESO Malaysia merupakan syarikat bukan keuntungan yang memerangi pembaziran makanan dan kemiskinan. Selain itu, SESO Malaysia juga aktif membantu masyarakat yang memerlukan dengan memberikan sumbangan termasuklah sumbangan dalam bentuk keperluan seharian. Kini, sebanyak 15 rumah kebajikan dan seramai 950 orang kurang berkemampuan telah menerima sumbangan dari SESO Malaysia.
