Since starting Crossfit, my most hated activity has been running. This year, I'm challenging myself to run my very first 10k! I'm excited to be raising money for a local organization who are providing opportunities for Cambodian youth to be involved with sports and education. In my personal experience, I realize how health and fitness pour into every aspect of your life. I would love to raise as much money as I can to help reach our Amatak team's overall fundraising goal of $7,000!
