Moreover, the act of giving Zakat or Sadaqah is multiplied by 70 times during this blessed month.I recently completed a two-day cycling expedition from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, covering a distance of 360km. I was accompanied by 18 fellow cyclists who share my passion for cycling. I have been an avid runner and now, cyclist and am constantly advocating for more people to move their bodies. Sports and movement is extremely therapeutic and helps us to process difficult emotions while creating a strong sense of belonging in like minded groups. The ongoing violence in Palestine is extremely worrying and many share the same sentiments. In creating a safe space for expression through movement, people get to process and advocate for the causes they believe in.I am raising funds for humanitarian aid for the people of Palestine, in particular Gaza through Cinta Gaza Malaysia.
