Hi, thank you for visiting my personal fundraising page. I will be taking part in Youth Cultural Exchange [Batch 6] in 09/05/2015 and aiming to raise money for Do Something Good (Tandemic). The main aim of the programme is to help the women in Bario, Sarawak, earn income through eco-tourism. Volunteers from the youth cultural exchange will be assigned to 1-2 of the women to teach English informally for 3 weeks. In other words, we'll be teaching English as we shadow and help along their daily activities. Other than teaching English, we do come community service over there. More info on the project please refer here: https://www.facebook.com/projectwheeOther than this, I participate in various volunteer also, because I think study is not the only thing a youth can do, we can do more than that and give back something to the community, I hope you can support me.To send a youth to bario required a fund of RM3500 included fees for community service and development expenses, transport, accommodation, food and others. Hi, thank you for visiting my personal fundraising page. =) I would be taking part of the Project Whee!, a youth community development project where I would be posted in Bario , Sarawak for 22 days (9 May to 30 May) to teach English to the women there so that they can become eco-tourism community guides and homestay hosts. Apart from that, I will be partaking in community services together with my batch-mates besides teaching English. The money I am fundraising will be used as community service expenses, project development expenses, transportation, food, accommodation, training for the volunteers.
