My Story

Hi, thank you for visiting my personal fundraising page. In February 2013 I will be cycling 545km from Saigon in Vietnam to Siem Reap in Cambodia to raise funds for the Somaly Mam Foundation. As you may know, the Somaly Mam Foundation (a non-profit organisation) is dedicated to feed, clothe, shelter and reintegrate survivors of sexual slavery and human trafficking, with some girls being as young as five years old. The majority of the 7,000 girls saved from the brothels of Cambodia have been sold and brutally raped, and sometimes stitched and re-stitched to be re-sold as virgins. I need to raise HK$44,245 so whether it's a HK$10 donation, HK$100, HK$1 per km, HK$1,000 or more, anything would be very much appreciated. 100% of the donations go to the Foundation.
