Martin lase is our second child. Since the age of 3 months in the womb there is a lot of fluid in his head that called hydrocephalus. He was born prematurely which made him undergo treatment in room Perinatology for 45 days and at that time the surgery mounting vp shunt (a device that serves to drain excess fluid into the abdominal cavity) for the first time. But the operation failed because Martin situation suddenly deteriorated and was immediately taken to the ICU. Indeed, before the operation, the state of fever and dehydration, but the anesthesiologist insisted to carry out the operation even though we've been refused on the grounds. Every risky operation even keadan patient is stable and said they could not put it off any longer since last week has been postponed. Earnestly we were very sad to see our child struggle is so great against the disease.

Once the situation is stabilized, we brought home Martin for the recovery of his condition. And on 5 September 2016 and held a second operation running smoothly. But after a week we left the hospital, Martin fever for three days and we immediately took him to the ER. And it turns out that the second vp shunt infection in the abdomen and head and should be revoked. It devastated our hearts to hear the newly installed VP shunt should be revoked. But we were forced to agree because of harm to Martin. But Martin did not directly operated on because of a cough and high leokosit. So we waited for a month for drug therapy derive leokosit. In early October the third operation vp shunt removal was done and running smoothly. While in the hospital, there happens to be a journalist who ran a story about Martin's disease, but until now no one has reached out for help to Martin. Now she is 10 months old and still enlarged head size exceeds adult head even been operated 3 times in one state hospital wearing BPJS CLASS 3. 

We want to bring him to a better hospital more to provide maximum treatment again but we did not have a cost. Are there still a glimmer of hope for our son Martin Lase? Are there still who cares for him so he can smile with his life? Therefore, we sincerely hope a helping hand from the people who are kind to donate and willing to care for the suffering our son Martin ..
