My Story

I am fundraising for a one week trip that 5 friends and I will be doing in March at Tasikoki Wildlife Rescue Center in North Sulawesi, Indonesia. The whole trip is planned by us, from the booking of flights to the building of the animal enclosures, and no adults will be coming with us. I have personally chosen to support this project as animals have always been a passion of mine, and I look forward to working with the animals and to support the conservation of the wildlife here. We will be working with endangered animals such as sun bears and orangutans, which are species that often fall victim to the wildlife trade. I hope to learn more about the protection of these species and how we can actively help even after we leave the rescue center.
